Climbing & via ferrata

The Wank via ferrata is located very close to the Hotel Mooswald. It is an interesting and varied route, winding its way across the rugged terrain from the Stöttltörl to the Wankspitze. The views stretch out towards the Gurgltal valley and the jagged cliffs. Those who enjoy steep walls and the thrill of climbing will find ideal terrain in Sparchet, Leite and Tieftal, as well as other climbing areas and via ferratas in the region.

Golf on the Mieminger Plateau

Enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the entire plateau from every part of the course. Set in a stunning cultural landscape right on the Mieminger Plateau at an altitude of 880 metres above sea level, the 9-hole golf course offers a wonderful golfing experience from early March to late November. Designed by the renowned golf architect Keith Preston. Adjacent to the course, in a beautiful wooded setting, lies the new 18-hole, par-72 course – a sporting challenge even for true champions.
