Booking Information

• Prices are per person per day, excluding the local tax of €2.00 per person per day.
   
• Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm a specific room number or floor, but we will be happy to take your preferences into account.
   
• Check-in 
  On the day of arrival from 3.00 pm. Earlier arrival possible by arrangement. If you are arriving later than 6.00 pm, please let us know.
• Early check-in by arrangement:
  Before 3.00 pm on the day of arrival: luggage storage, changing facilities, sports snack (winter), use of the wellness area
  €25.00 per person
   
• Check-out
  On the day of departure, your room is available until 11.00 am.
• Late check-out by arrangement:
  Before 3.00 pm on the day of arrival: luggage storage, changing facilities, sports snack (winter), use of the wellness area

• Dogs

  In the reception area, you can surf the World Wide Web free of charge using our Wi-Fi network.
   
• Deposit: 
  To confirm your booking, please send us a deposit of €200.00 by bank transfer (free of charge).
   
• Smoke-free enjoyment: 
  For the well-being of our guests, our rooms and apartments are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace.
   
• Parking
  Free parking is available / Pay-and-display car park

Child discount: 

Accommodation in the parents’ room per child per day (half board):

• Children up to and including 5 years old: €35
• Children aged 6 to 10: €55
• Children aged 11 to 14: €70
   

Cancellation, late arrival or early departure:

No cancellation fees apply up to one month before the start of your holiday. In the event of cancellation within one month of arrival, we reserve the right to apply the cancellation terms in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness or death of the insured person, their children, siblings, parents and grandparents prior to the start of the holiday or during the stay.
