To ensure that all our guests – whether on two or four legs – feel at home here, we ask that you observe the following rules and guidelines:
Our rules for dogs
- The reception will be happy to provide information on suitable walking routes around the hotel.
- Cleanliness is essential: my dog’s waste must be collected in the free dog waste bags (available at reception or at the rear entrance) and disposed of properly.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the hotel premises, as well as around the pool, sun terrace and gardens.
- The guest lounging and relaxation areas (pool, loungers, sunbathing lawn) are dog-free zones.
- Consideration is a matter of honour – that’s why I keep quieter than my owner.
- My sleeping area is always on the floor. Furniture such as sofas, beds or chairs are reserved exclusively for humans. In the event of exceptional cleaning requirements, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
- To ensure our staff feel safe, a ‘dog in room’ sign will be displayed on the door when a dog is present. Room cleaning takes place during the dog walking period.
Infos für Hundebesitzer
- Hunde sind nur in ausgewählten Zimmerkategorien erlaubt. Bitte geben Sie bei der Buchung unbedingt an, dass Sie mit Hund anreisen.
- Der Preis pro Hund und Nacht (ohne Futter) beträgt € 17,50.
- Um die Ruhe im Haus zu gewährleisten, nehmen wir maximal acht Hunde gleichzeitig auf (abhängig von Größe und Verfügbarkeit).
- Eine gültige Hunde-Haftpflichtversicherung ist Voraussetzung für den Aufenthalt.
- Auf vielen Wanderwegen in Österreich besteht Leinenpflicht. Bitte informieren Sie sich vorab über die jeweilige Route. Für alpine Wanderungen empfehlen wir ein gutsitzendes Geschirr.
- Im Restaurant steht ein begrenzter Bereich für Gäste mit Hund zur Verfügung. Eine Reservierung vor Ort an der Rezeption wird empfohlen.
